Cancellation and refund policy
Cancel anytime during the 60-day free trial and pay nothing. Paid plans aren't refunded, but you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I cancel during the free trial?
Yes. No card is needed to start, and Razorpay charges only when the trial ends, and only if you keep the plan. If you cancel before then, you pay nothing.
What happens if my trial ends without a payment method?
If you never add a payment method, the workspace becomes read-only when the trial ends (your data stays viewable; reactivate from billing; no new or changed bookings). If it isn't reactivated within 14 days, the workspace is suspended.
Do you refund paid plans?
No. Monthly and yearly payments aren't refunded.
What happens after I cancel a paid plan?
You keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Can I still see my data after my plan ends?
Yes. When the paid period ends, the workspace becomes read-only for 14 days. Your data stays viewable, and you can reactivate from billing. After that, the workspace is suspended. Your data is kept for 90 days after suspension.
