Availability depends on Channel Manager connectivity. CM is not included on Starter/Growth unless you add it (or choose Pro / Pro+ / Farmhouse where included).

Yes, via Razorpay guest checkout (UPI, cards, net banking) where entitled — Paid Marketplace path or Pro-included; confirm on Pricing / Marketplace. Commission-free on BitLegacy direct stays; gateway MDR still applies. Not WhatsApp Pay-inside-chat and not zero MDR forever. Guest checkout is separate from BitLegacy SaaS subscription billing.
Manual WhatsApp Notify is a free Marketplace install — it opens staff WhatsApp with a ready message for that booking (confirm / check-in / checkout / review). Optional WhatsApp/SMS credit packs are a separate paid path when you use pack-based messaging. Not bulk spam marketing and not an AI 24/7 booking bot unless that product is live.
Homestay is by the room (Stay Requests, host confirm) — Homestay SKU from ₹1,000/month or Starter from ₹299 for small room counts; Custom Domain + Website SEO on paid Homestay. Farmhouse / Villa is entire-place at ₹650/month with Channel Manager included. Do not mix the SKUs.

A free brand hub that connects separate hotel, resort, villa, cottage, and Homestay tenants under one operator login — with a brand website (custom domain + Website SEO on the portfolio plan), Front Desk across properties, and optional shared Razorpay / messaging packs. Each property keeps its own subscription. It is not one mashed PMS login. Manager settlements is an optional ledger only (no in-app bank payout). Compliance Calendar is a free Marketplace unlock for lodging that tracks license and filing due dates with reminders (trade license, fire NOC, and other catalog types). Reminders only — not legal advice and not government portal filing. It is separate from Accounting GST register.
