BitLegacy Starter from ₹299/month (2 rooms) includes cloud front desk / PMS, GST-ready folio, guest website and commission-free booking tools, plus Website SEO on paid Hotel, Homestay, and Resort plans; custom domain is an add-on at ₹2,499/month (included in Business). No. Channel Manager is ₹1,000/month + GST on Starter and Growth. It is included on Pro (₹2,499/mo) and Pro+ (Pro+ for all properties up to 3), and on the Farmhouse / Villa plan.
60-day (2-month) free trial on eligible property plans, no card needed. No setup fee on published plans.
Yes. Cancel anytime. If you cancel before paid renewal after a trial, you are not charged for the subscription period that never started. There is no separate www /legal/refund page and no invented prorata refund product. After cancel, access continues to the end of the paid period; then the workspace is read-only for 14 days (data stays viewable, reactivate from billing), then suspended. See /cancellation-refund. Guest stay cancel/refund rules are the property’s policies — not a BitLegacy all-in fee ledger.
No. Published BitLegacy plans have no setup fee. Confirm live packaging on Pricing.
Growth is ₹999/month for up to 10 rooms — mid-tier lodging, not the entry price. Pro is ₹2,499/month for up to 20 rooms and includes Channel Manager. On Growth, Channel Manager remains a ₹1,000/month + GST add-on. Verify room caps and annual prices on Pricing.
WhatsApp reply within 15 minutes and email reply within 2 hours, 9 AM–11 PM IST, all 7 days. Messages sent outside 9 AM–11 PM IST get a reply the next morning. Reach us on WhatsApp or at support@bitlegacy.in. This applies to every plan.

BitLegacy Channel Manager connects major OTAs such as MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, and Airbnb when entitled — confirm which channels are live for your property. Availability depends on Channel Manager connectivity. CM is not included on Starter/Growth unless you add it (or choose Pro / Pro+ / Farmhouse where included).

Yes. Paid lodging plans include a commission-free BitLegacy guest website and booking engine — BitLegacy does not take an OTA-style cut on those direct stays. Website SEO is included on paid Hotel, Homestay, and Resort plans (and on the free Multiproperty hub brand site); custom domain is an add-on at ₹2,499/month (included in Business).
Yes, via Razorpay guest checkout (UPI, cards, net banking) where entitled — Paid Marketplace path or Pro-included; confirm on Pricing / Marketplace. Commission-free on BitLegacy direct stays; gateway MDR still applies. Not WhatsApp Pay-inside-chat and not zero MDR forever. Guest checkout is separate from BitLegacy SaaS subscription billing.
Manual WhatsApp Notify is a free Marketplace install — it opens staff WhatsApp with a ready message for that booking (confirm / check-in / checkout / review). Optional WhatsApp/SMS credit packs are a separate paid path when you use pack-based messaging. Not bulk spam marketing and not an always-on AI booking bot unless that product is live.
Homestay is by the room (Stay Requests, host confirm) — Homestay SKU from ₹1,000/month or Starter from ₹299 for small room counts; Website SEO on paid Homestay; custom domain is an add-on at ₹2,499/month (included in Business). Farmhouse / Villa is entire-place at ₹650/month with Channel Manager included. Do not mix the SKUs.

A free brand hub that connects separate hotel, resort, villa, cottage, and Homestay tenants under one operator login — with a brand website (website SEO on the portfolio plan; custom domain is an add-on at ₹2,499/month (included in Business)), Front Desk across properties, and optional shared Razorpay / messaging packs. Each property keeps its own subscription. It is not one mashed PMS login. Manager settlements is an optional ledger only (no in-app bank payout). Yes. Desk GST-ready folios (CGST/SGST/IGST) are part of the PMS. The property and its CA remain responsible for filing — BitLegacy is not your CA and does not auto-file GSTR. Accounting is a separate free Marketplace unlock for a period GST register and cash P&L in INR — not multi-currency ERP.

Compliance Calendar is a free Marketplace unlock for lodging that tracks license and filing due dates with reminders (trade license, fire NOC, and other catalog types). Reminders only — not legal advice and not government portal filing. It is separate from Accounting GST register.
BitLegacy Hotels is hotel PMS by BitLegacy Solutions LLP (India) — not related to BIT Legacy Sdn Bhd (Malaysia) or unrelated crypto, legacy-storage, or gaming “Bit Legacy” projects.
When free DPDP Consent & Terms is entitled (default for hotel, resort, homestay, restaurant, and multiproperty portfolio), guests accept privacy/terms before booking, stay request, hall enquiry, review, restaurant table reserve, or hub book. Parental consent applies when children are listed. Consent is server-enforced and audited — not only a UI checkbox. BitLegacy does not certify that a property is fully DPDP compliant.
Yes. It is a free Marketplace add-on, default-installed for guest-PII businesses (new signups and backfill). Cookie banner and legal pages work platform-wide; form checkboxes, consent audit, and DSR inbox need the entitlement.
On the property guest site, open Privacy → Data rights (/legal/privacy#dsr). Staff verify identity, then erase manually from Guests when appropriate — BitLegacy never auto-deletes from a DSR ticket alone.
Guests choose Accept analytics or Essential only. Analytics (e.g. GA4/GTM) load only after analytics consent — not after a vague “I understand.” Footers link Privacy, Data rights, Terms, and Cookies.
No. New website seeds start with empty testimonials. Real Reputation reviews can still merge when that add-on is used. Tenant Builder copy is still the property’s responsibility — BitLegacy docs avoid unsupported “#1 / only PMS” claims.
