1. Who it’s for
Independent Indian hotels, resorts, Homestays, cottages, and farmhouses that need a per-property list of trade licenses, NOCs, and recurring filing due dates. Lodging Marketplace vertical only — not restaurant-only businesses.
2. Item types you can track (from product catalog)

3. Due dates, remind windows, and filters
Record issued / next due / expiry dates. Default remind windows include 30 days, 7 days, and on-due / overdue. Filter Overdue, Next 30 days, or All so the desk sees what needs action first.
4. Optional document link + staff reminders
Attach a certificate scan or document URL for staff reference. A reminder job emails ops when thresholds hit — so renewals are harder to forget than a paper folder.
