Channel Manager Only — keep your PMS, add OTA sync
BitLegacy Channel Manager connects a property's rooms, rates, and availability to leading OTAs. This is for properties that already have their own website or PMS and only want the OTA sync piece — no switch required. We are in early access with a small number of properties testing. BitLegacy Hotels is hotel management software (hotel PMS) by BitLegacy Solutions LLP (India) for independent hotels and hospitality businesses.
Who it's for
Hotels, homestays, villas, and farmhouses that already run a PMS or booking website and do not want to replace it — but need rooms, rates, and availability to stay in sync with OTAs. If you want the full BitLegacy stack (front desk, website, and channel manager together), see Channel Manager on a BitLegacy plan instead.
How it works
- We connect your property to leading OTAs for rooms, rates, and availability sync — the specific OTAs are shared with you at onboarding.
- Your own PMS or website stays in charge of reservations. It must send every booking, change, cancellation, and block to BitLegacy Channel Manager so OTA availability stays accurate.
- Rate and availability updates push out to connected OTAs; OTA reservations and cancellations come back to your side.
- Min stay and other rate restrictions are not supported yet in Channel Manager Only.

No. Channel Manager Only is a standalone add-on for properties that already run their own PMS or website — you keep that system. Your own system must send every booking, change, cancellation, and block to BitLegacy Channel Manager so OTA availability stays accurate.
