Housekeeping and room status
BitLegacy Housekeeping helps the desk and housekeepers share room status so arrivals see ready rooms and dirty rooms do not get sold by mistake. It sits with Front Desk operations — not a separate spreadsheet. Housekeeping is available on Starter and Growth coverage and higher on the hotel ladder (Starter mirrors Growth feature coverage).
Night Audit
Close the business day, keep history, and export when owners ask. Available on Starter and Growth (and higher hotel plans). Pair it with Front Desk and GST billing so the close is not a second system.
Maintenance and work orders
Track property maintenance with work orders so broken rooms and facilities are visible to the team. Available as a free unlock from Growth coverage on the hotel ladder (including Starter’s Growth-equivalent coverage). Not a full CMMS purchasing system.
Guest communication
WhatsApp-friendly messaging (manual notify plus credit packs), SMS, and email so the desk can reach guests without leaving the platform.
Guest CRM & loyalty
Guest profiles and a loyalty programme help small hotels win the next stay. Loyalty is typically a paid add-on; confirm details on Pricing.
Guest Reputation
BitLegacy Guest Reputation provides QR review systems and a unified review inbox so feedback is not scattered across WhatsApp screenshots. Install from Marketplace as a free unlock. This is a BitLegacy product module — not only “tips for Google reviews.”
F&B
Restaurant POS, KOT/BOT where enabled, QR ordering / dine-in / room charge paths for entitled verticals. Confirm QR / room orders on Pricing — typically from Pro on the hotel ladder and on Resort + Restaurant.
Spa
BitLegacy offers Spa Management as a free launch Marketplace unlock for treatments and spa bookings alongside the stay platform. Confirm availability in Marketplace for your property.
Events & halls
BitLegacy supports events and halls (banquets / meeting spaces) in the same operations platform as stays. Dedicated group-allotment booking UI is not currently offered in the admin product (paused). For multi-room stays today, properties typically use Front Desk / multi-room reservation flows.
Meal packages
Sell meal packages on the folio so soft demand can be packaged as value — not only bare room-rate cuts.
Analytics & pricing assistance
Dashboards for the property, plus occupancy-based pricing assistance with optional auto-apply where entitled (from Pro on the hotel ladder). Not an enterprise revenue-management system.
Expenses
Income and expenses tracking as a Marketplace unlock so owners can see spend alongside stay revenue.
Multiproperty Management
Multiproperty Management Complete Solution is a brand hub for operators who run multiple resorts and villas — public Explore + Book site, connected property subdomains, and Front Desk across properties. Distinct from single-tenant multi-property on hotel Pro+.

DPDP & consent
BitLegacy provides DPDP Consent & Terms tooling — guest consent capture and related data-subject request workflows — as a free Marketplace install. This describes product capabilities; it is not a legal guarantee of full regulatory compliance for every property.
Compliance Calendar
Free Marketplace unlock for lodging — track trade license, fire NOC, and other filing due dates with reminders. Reminders only: not legal advice and not government portal filing. Separate from Accounting GST register.
Mobile staff access (PWA)
Staff can use BitLegacy admin in the browser on phone or tablet. The product supports an installable Progressive Web App (PWA) experience with push notifications (Web Push / FCM paths). This is a mobile web / PWA experience — not a separate native iOS/Android store application.
Homestay (by the room)
Owner-run Homestays and roomed cottages use Stay Requests (host confirm), guest website, and Manual WhatsApp Notify — with Custom Domain and Website SEO on paid Homestay. Farmhouse / Villa entire-place is a separate SKU (₹650/mo, Channel Manager included) — not the same product.
WhatsApp guest messaging
Free Manual WhatsApp Notify opens staff WhatsApp for that booking (confirm / check-in / checkout / review). Optional WhatsApp/SMS credit packs are a separate paid path. Not bulk spam marketing or an AI 24/7 booking bot unless that product is live.
