Is this the same as multi-property on one hotel login?

Is the Multiproperty hub free?
Yes. The hub plan is free and includes the brand website (custom domain and website SEO on the portfolio plan). Each connected property keeps its own hotel / resort / farmhouse / homestay plan and can upgrade separately. Optional Manager settlements is a Marketplace addon when you need owner vs manager share tracking.
Do Manager settlements pay money to owners in-app?
No. Settlements is an optional ledger for owner vs manager share — mark paid for records. It does not move money via bank payout inside BitLegacy.
Can Airbnb hosts with several villas use this?
Yes. Create the free hub and connect each Farmhouse/Villa tenant (₹650/month with Channel Manager included per property). Example: 5 villas ≈ ₹3,250/month + hub ₹0. Verify on /pricing.
Where does booking finish?
On your Multiproperty public website after the guest selects a property. Guests can also open each property’s own site from Explore. StayOpen live booking is not claimed — StayOpen is coming soon and separate.
