The hub is not a full PMS on every property. Desk inventory, GST-ready folio, guest website, and Channel Manager rules live on each connected tenant. Do Manager settlements pay money to owners in-app?
No. Settlements is an optional ledger for owner vs manager share — mark paid for records. It does not move money via bank payout inside BitLegacy.
Can Airbnb hosts with several villas use this?

Does the hub include Channel Manager for hotels?
No. Hotel Channel Manager follows each property’s plan (₹1,000/month + GST add-on on Starter/Growth; included on Pro/Pro+). Farmhouse/Villa includes CM at the property SKU. Hub ₹0 does not unlock hotel OTA sync. See /channel-manager.
Where does booking finish?
On your Multiproperty public website after the guest selects a property. Guests can also open each property’s own site from Explore. StayOpen live booking is not claimed — StayOpen is coming soon and separate.
