Does the software pay out managers automatically?
No. Settlements is a shared record of what is owed. When the property owner pays you outside BitLegacy, you mark the period paid in the ledger.
Is this the same as multi-property on one hotel subscription?
No. That model is for one owner with several buildings on one plan. Hotel management companies usually keep each property as a separate tenant — Multiproperty links those accounts under one operator login.
How do I get started?
Create a free Multiproperty hub, then connect each property by subdomain using a staff login that already works on that property. Each connected property keeps its own plan and billing.
