BitLegacy Multiproperty Management is a free brand hub that links separate hotel tenants under one operator login — with a unified booking site, Front Desk across properties, and shared payments & messaging. It is not one hotel subscription with several buildings mashed together.
How is this different from multi-property inside one hotel plan?

Is multi-property hotel software free?
The Multiproperty hub is free and includes the brand website (custom domain + website SEO on the portfolio plan). Each connected hotel keeps its own hotel plan and can upgrade separately. Manager settlements is an optional ledger only — no in-app bank payout.
Can I mix hotels with villas or Homestays?
Yes. The same hub can connect hotels, resorts, villas, cottages, and Homestays. Homestay is by-the-room; Farmhouse/Villa is entire-place — different SKUs. See villa collection management if your primary inventory is villas.
How much do connected hotels cost?
Hub ₹0. Each hotel keeps its own published plan (e.g. Starter from ₹299/month for 2 rooms — verify on /pricing). Channel Manager rules follow that hotel’s plan — not Farmhouse’s CM-included story.
Is StayOpen required for hub bookings?
No. Guests book on the Multiproperty public site after selecting a property. StayOpen live booking is not claimed — StayOpen is coming soon and separate from BitLegacy SaaS.
