Only if you track owner vs manager revenue share. Settlements is an optional Marketplace addon — ledger / mark paid only; no in-app bank payout. Not required to run the brand hub or take bookings.
How much do several villas cost with the hub?
Hub is free. Each entire-place villa/farmhouse uses Farmhouse/Villa (₹650/mo with Channel Manager included — verify on /pricing). Example: 5 villas ≈ ₹3,250/mo + hub ₹0. Homestay by-the-room is a different SKU.
