Why CM-included matters at portfolio scale
Every extra villa on OTAs multiplies calendar risk. If CM is a paid add-on per property, five listings can quietly double your software bill.
On Farmhouse/Villa, CM is in the ₹650 — so the portfolio math stays linear: N × ₹650, not N × (PMS + CM).
Hotel Starter is a different ladder (rooms + optional CM). Don’t mix those numbers into a villa portfolio quote.
Hub vs “one cheap login for everything”
The free Multiproperty hub does not mean infinite free PMS. Each villa still needs its own plan. That is intentional: separate websites, GST context, and calendars stay clean.
