How a multi-Airbnb setup works on BitLegacy
Free hub for the brand. Paid Farmhouse/Villa per property — Channel Manager included on that SKU.
1. Create the free Multiproperty hub
Sign up with vertical=portfolio. You get a brand public site (custom domain + website SEO on the portfolio plan) and an operator login to connect properties.
2. Add each Airbnb villa / farmhouse as its own tenant
Each entire-place stay uses the Farmhouse / Villa plan at ₹650/month. Channel Manager is included — so syncing Airbnb (and other OTAs) does not need a separate CM add-on on that SKU.
3. Run Front Desk across the portfolio
See reservations by property from one inbox. Open that villa’s admin for folio, housekeeping, or channel work. Inventories stay separate and honest.
4. Let guests Explore + Book on the brand site
Guests pick a property on your hub, then complete the stay — or open each villa’s own website from Explore. Keep Airbnb for discovery if you want.

Is the Multiproperty hub free?
Yes. The hub plan is free. Each connected farmhouse, villa, hotel, or homestay keeps its own subscription.
Is Channel Manager included when I have many villas?
On the Farmhouse / Villa SKU (₹650/month), Channel Manager is included per property. That is different from hotel Starter, where CM may be an add-on. Confirm on pricing.
Is this the same as multi-property on one hotel login?
No. Multiproperty Management links separate property accounts under one brand hub. It does not merge all villas into a single hotel inventory.
I only have one Airbnb — do I need the hub?
No. Start with the Farmhouse / Villa plan and a direct website. Add the free hub when you scale to several properties.
