Eligible plans start with a 60-day (2-month) free trial with full access to that plan’s features. No card is needed to start, and you can skip the payment step at signup. Add UPI AutoPay or an eMandate anytime before the trial ends — Razorpay charges only when the trial ends, and only if you keep the plan. If you never add a payment method, the workspace becomes read-only when the trial ends (your data stays viewable; reactivate from billing; no new or changed bookings). If it isn't reactivated within 14 days, the workspace is suspended.

For BitLegacy SaaS subscription billing we accept UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking via Razorpay. Annual billing saves about 20% versus paying monthly on Growth, Pro, Pro+, Homestay, Restaurant, Resort and Resort + Restaurant plans (Farmhouse / Villa: ₹7,644/year, save 2%). Guest website checkout UPI is a separate entitlement — see “Can guests pay with UPI?” and /hotel-booking-engine-upi-razorpay-india.
When the paid period ends, the workspace becomes read-only for 14 days. Your data stays viewable, and you can reactivate from billing. After that, the workspace is suspended.
Yes. Cancel anytime. If you cancel before paid renewal after a trial, Razorpay does not charge you for a subscription period that never started. There is no separate www /legal/refund page and no invented prorata refund product on this site. After cancel, access continues to the end of the paid period; then the workspace is read-only for 14 days (data stays viewable, reactivate from billing), then suspended. See /cancellation-refund. Guest stay cancel/refund rules belong to the property — BitLegacy does not invent a hotel all-in fee ledger or guest refund product here.
Plan prices on this page are published INR amounts for the BitLegacy SaaS subscription. GST may apply on the SaaS invoice where applicable (as shown at checkout / invoice). Guest website checkout MDR (UPI/cards via Razorpay) is a payment-gateway fee — not a BitLegacy cut of commission-free direct stays. This is not an all-in guest fee ledger product.
