Is Channel Manager included on every plan?
On Farmhouse/Villa and Pro/Pro+, Channel Manager is included. On hotel Starter/Growth it is a catalog add-on (currently ₹1,000/month — confirm on pricing). Free hotel plans do not include Custom Domain / Website SEO the same way paid plans do.
Can this replace Excel and WhatsApp-only ops?
Yes for core reservations and inventory. You will still use WhatsApp to talk to guests — BitLegacy Manual Notify prepares messages from the booking instead of copying details by hand.
Is this a full revenue management system?
