What the Reports Centre covers
All reports take a date range and export to CSV or PDF.
1. Daily desk and cash
Daily Business Report for the Day, month-to-date (MTD) and year-to-date (YTD). Arrivals, departures, in-house guests, no-shows, walk-ins and cancellations. Outstanding dues, cashier collection, VIP and complimentary stays, corporate stays, and a booking changes report so you can see what was edited and when.
2. Revenue and channels
Revenue by department splits rooms, food and other income without double counting. Track the occupancy trend, ADR (average daily rate) and RevPAR (revenue per available room), plus the source and OTA mix of your bookings.
3. Forecasting
The pickup report shows how bookings for a future date have built up over time. The 30-day forecast shows expected occupancy for the month ahead so you can plan rates and staffing.
4. Out-of-order rooms
The out-of-order rooms report lists blocked and maintenance rooms. Occupancy excludes these rooms from the rooms available, which is the standard way hotels calculate it.

What is a Daily Business Report?
A Daily Business Report (DBR) is a one-page summary of a hotel’s day: arrivals, departures, in-house guests, occupancy, room and other revenue, and collections. BitLegacy shows it for the Day, month-to-date and year-to-date.
How are ADR and RevPAR calculated?
ADR = room revenue / rooms sold. RevPAR = room revenue / available rooms. Available rooms exclude out-of-order rooms.
Can I export hotel reports?
Yes. Reports have date filters and export to CSV or PDF.
Does occupancy exclude out-of-order rooms?
Yes. Blocked and maintenance rooms are removed from rooms available, the standard way occupancy is calculated.
Does revenue by department double count?
No. Rooms, food and other revenue are reported separately so a charge is counted once.
