For properties

Coming soon

Fill soft nights without losing price control

StayOpen for properties is planned as a demand inbox: guests request a budget for dates; you accept, reject, or counter. Coming soon. Run front desk and ops on BitLegacy today.

StayOpen is in development. It is not a live public marketplace for booking affordable stays yet. BitLegacy property software is available today.

Why properties will care

Empty nights still cost you

A vacant room earns zero. StayOpen is designed so you can respond to guest budgets only when it makes sense — busy weekends you can skip.

You keep accept / reject / counter

Nobody forces a discount. Soft mid-week? Offer a rate you are happy with. Peak dates? Pass.

Direct guest relationship

The planned path ends with booking through your property — aligned with BitLegacy’s direct-booking philosophy, not OTA lock-in.

Start with operations software

BitLegacy already runs hotel, resort, and resort + restaurant operations. StayOpen demand will sit on top when ready.

What to do before launch

  • Register your hotel, resort, or resort + restaurant on BitLegacy
  • Run front desk, rooms, and F&B (if applicable) on modern software
  • Treat Stay Bids / StayOpen admin screens as coming soon until launch
  • Avoid promising guests a live StayOpen marketplace before it ships

Frequently asked questions

Is Stay Bids live in the admin?

Admin surfaces currently mark Stay Bids / Creator Stays as coming soon. Do not market them as a finished public product.

Do I need StayOpen to use BitLegacy?

No. BitLegacy is the operations product. StayOpen is a separate, upcoming demand layer.

Will StayOpen replace OTAs overnight?

No. It is designed as another demand channel you control — especially for soft nights — not a magic OTA replacement claim.

Operations ready. Demand layer next.
