How it works

Coming soon

Request → offer → counter → book

StayOpen’s planned loop is simple: guests state demand; properties respond with control; both sides can counter; booking stays with the property. Product is in development — this page describes the design, not a live booking engine.

StayOpen is in development. It is not a live public marketplace for booking affordable stays yet. BitLegacy property software is available today.

For guests · For properties · Browse hotels

The planned loop

1. Guest request

Guest sets destination or city, check-in / check-out, party size, and a budget ceiling per night (with optional notes).

2. Property offer

Matching properties see the request and can send an offer — or ignore it if dates are busy or the budget is wrong.

3. Accept, reject, or counter

Either side can accept, decline, or propose a counter. Control stays explicit — no silent auto-discount.

4. Book with the property

When both agree, the stay confirms with the property. StayOpen is designed as demand matching, not an OTA that owns the guest.

What this is not

  • Not a live “book cheap hotels tonight” marketplace
  • Not a guarantee of the lowest rate in India
  • Not a replacement for BitLegacy front-desk software
  • Not programmatic SEO spam — destination pages launch with real inventory later

Frequently asked questions

Is this flow available to the public?

Not as a finished StayOpen product. Treat the loop as the product design while StayOpen is in development.

Where does Creator Stays fit?

Creator / influencer stay collaborations are part of the same demand family and are also treated as coming soon until launch.

How will destination SEO work later?

Planned: useful destination content plus real participating inventory — never thin /cheap-hotels/city doorways.

Designed. Not launched.
