What we send to OTAs
- Availability.
- Rates, per occupancy.
- Restrictions: stop sell, minimum stay, maximum stay, closed to arrival and closed to departure. Sent with PMS + channel manager and with the standalone channel manager.
What comes back
- Your new, modified and cancelled OTA bookings.
How fast
- Changes are queued and sent within seconds.
- A booking that sells out a night is pushed straight away.
- Bookings are also pulled every 5 minutes as a backup.
- Availability and rates are checked every night.
If a sync fails
- BitLegacy retries automatically, with growing gaps, over about 2 hours.
- Your staff get an in-app alert and a push notification. If nobody handles it, the alert goes to the owner.
- If an OTA booking cannot be imported, a protective block is put on a free room and staff are alerted.
- You can see sync status and errors on the channel manager screen.
Two ways to buy
- PMS + channel manager: Included on Pro, Pro+, Business and Farmhouse / Villa; add-on on Starter, Growth and Homestay. The add-on is ₹1,000/month + GST.
- Standalone channel manager: for owners who want OTA sync without the PMS. Buy it from the multi-property hub; it has its own dashboard and API. ₹1,000 per hotel per month or ₹500 per entire-place property per month, + GST.
